I don't really like the idea but I'll give them kudos for at least trying something different. I hope they don't give the pitchers their batting stances and swings that they had in the game before they added the DH. Hitting with Randy with the swing of Tony Clark or Stanton or someone else tall could be fun for a little bit I guess but trying to hit with any normal pitchers swings from back in the day could be brutal even with buffed hitting attributes. Same goes for position players who are going to be pitching and if they just give them a generic easy to read delivery.

I'll wait and see how this plays out before I judge, but this emphasizes how much SDS needs more "legends". With three (four?) sets, multiple cards of the same players... I think SDS has run out of room with this setup.

Wow, this is awful. There's bad ideas, and then there's...whatever the heII this is...
SDS has officially run out of runway with me as far as Seasons and Sets go. Time to return to Innings and Set Collections (Allstar, Veteran, Rookie, Second Half Hero, Post Season, Awards etc.)

I'll check it out tomorrow, but they are lucky that they are releasing 9 hours before I get access to Star Wars Outlaws.
But if we think about it, there is no series of 95 overall cards that they could release for the upcoming TA that the community would not have complained about.
If they made them legends people would complain that 95 was too low. If they made them younger players then people would complain and ask where the legends are (which at this stage of the game is becoming relevant).

Lots of overreaction here. How many cards are you still using from chapter 1 of any season? How many 95’s are you still using? These cards will be irrelevant quickly. I like that they’re doing something different with the first chapter that will soon be meaningless anyways.

This would be valid argument but so far each TA theme has translated into other cards being in packs and rewards so let's not kid ourselves here. SDS 100% has 99 OOP Alejandro Kirk CF as the BR reward

@CDNMoneyMaker93_XBL Well, if that does happen, hopefully they are guys that were actually drafted at a different position, like a Trevor Hoffman at SS. At least make it make sense.
