I got it on my first try. A single, a double and then two HRs. But I can see how it might be an issue.
I struggled in the hitting against Roberts for that mission but I got them all done.

i literally have zero idea if the ball is down the pipe center center or in the dirt or 3 feet high , im swinging blindly , im 61 and my eyes just do not pick it up , i do fine playing conquest where i can control the atmosphere , i set to Oct , and 7pm so its a night game , but this shadow layered on sunshine im worthless and helpless

I play all my games at sept 7 pm too,all my troubles in those moments were in trying to pick up the ball, not an inability to hit it. mini seasons helped me a lot for this,cause all those away games are afternoon ones and I've played a lot of them,so I was able to adjust. maybe not swing for a couple attempts and try and get your eyes used to it? (your eyes are a little older than mine though,but it might work)

I finished it. Took me about two hours I guess. I’m 49 and my reaction time isn’t what it was just 5 years ago.

i finally that one done too , took me about the same amount of time , i have one more to get the mega pack or what ever they call it , Yordon gave me a fit too , i still havnt done the team ones yet

i will try that next time i get the shadow blind , to make matters worse on that moment was the weak batters eye , the terrain in the background was insufficient so when he releases the ball its in the sky so invisible
i believe the CPU said this clown will be here for a year if we dont feed him a couple cookies to get it done and took mercy on me
