Is there really not gonna be anything to collect going from 250 to 400. Seems odd that collecting 150 more cards won’t get you anything.

I am guessing they are waiting to add packs in the coming weeks for the collection as they wanted to spread out rewards in the coming weeks. Too many packs would have flooded the market and dropped all star and homestretch cards to a minimum. Plus this weekend had already been a big drop.

The Action Figure Collection also kind of incorporates into the "Extra" Set 2 Collection...It's just in a different Tab

I think SDS wants to give people the best opportunity to look at those 400 cards they want to lock in after knowing all available cards to lock in. If they offered reward packs now, some people would lock in sellable cards. Then when more free cards are available that are no sell you will not be able to collect them and would have wasted stubs. I also think that it gives them a chance to take the newest, hottest pack, and make that the final reward(s) for getting to 400.

One thing to consider as well. I do not think SDS is giving out these completionist icons away for nothing. It would not shock me if collecting the icons from seasons 1-3 will get us something pretty cool at some point.

I can see them possibly using those for exchange pieces in the final season where each one offers a significant amount of PXP to get a solid headstart.
