Anyone know how you can earn the 1993 Marlins Home Uniform?

Is buying it in the marketplace the only way to get it? Haven't been able to find it or an answer so i figured i post about it. The marketplace is like 100 deep in orders with about 1 a day being fulfilled - so thats going to take a bit...
