Not everyone has a mobile device (phone, tablet, or otherwise) that can handle MLBTS either. Not everyone has a PlayStation 4 or 5. Not everyone has an XBox.
Those who want to play the game, can buy the game for a supported console of their choice.
A mobile version has been made and that is what you asked for in your post.
