Exhibition online with friends?

I went through a few pages and searched online and didn’t see anything on this. Is there anyway to do a “Play now” type game against a friend where you can choose your teams instead of using DD teams? Haven’t seen anything with regards to this and it doesn’t seem like it’s an option, just wanted to check.

Press the dashboard key on your controller then goto friend and should be able to navigate from there

Don’t forget to turn quick counts off

When I go to “Friends list”, the only option to start a game is “Challenge Diamond Dynasty game”.

That’s strange, should always be an exhibition option. Are you outside of the DD menu?

So I click into diamond dynasty and then go to extended play-play with friends and challenge DD game. But even outside of DD, I don’t see an option to challenge a friend to a regular game
