If he's ignored completely while Skubal already had a 99, man, I dunno....
If he has a decent showing in the AS game, he'll probably be in the AS pack coming Tuesday which is gonna be in the show shop and the AS Collection rewards...and probably in the conquest and programs somewhere

So Skenes is the NL starting pitcher just announced. Im sure SDS will have his card locked behind a nice expensive pack

At this stage of the game anyone who does not believe that the most desirable All-Star Cards (Judge, Ohtani, Harper) will be in some type of expensive all star pack is just fooling themselves.

Do think that they all get a card of some kind?
I could see someone like Ozuna getting a HRD card and not a regular one.
I see some of the relievers and pitchers not getting cards, especially if they don't get in the game.Also, as an aside, I did read that the Mariners planned starters has Gilbert scheduled for Sunday, which would make him unavailable.

So start saving your stubs. They're giving us plenty of free AS packs this week and multiple ways to grind for AS cards. If you want things just handed to you, i dont know what to tell you.

Problem is start saving your stubs when the stubs making things have been nerfed etc for the most part. -- FACTS
but this will be released in like 25 to 30 min and we shall see what is all involved. -- then i will be back to give my opinion.

Im sitting on half a million stubs, had live series completed since May and never spent a a dime on stubs or packs.

Yeah i dont waste my time flipping either. I just sell all my dupes. We get a [censored] ton of packs and i know a lot of people waste dupes on exchanges but screw all that. Thats free currency.

99 Ohtani and 99 Judge are the 2 last collection rewards.

Is the first collection choice at 200 new to this update? It sure looks like they have signaled that this week is the only significant content of the entire season 2 by having collection cap at 250.

My initial reaction to most of the all-star team affinity cards is underwhelmed and too many duplicates of cards already released. Prime example as a tigers fan skubal already has a 99 and Greene doesn’t have a diamond card. So they release a 95 skubal instead of Greene and now the only way Greene gets a great card here is if he somehow wins the mvp of the game which is highly unlikely.
Honestly I dont care about the duplicates. Sure, there are some obviously avoidable ones (Tanner Scott should never have been Ta2.1), but I like building teams of themed cards and all star set allows for that. The game already has far too few earnable cards.
What they really need though is a large dose of new legends. Doesnt need to be A listers, just get as many cheap guys from the 80s, 90s, and 00s as possible. A large chunk of the player base grew up with these guys. That to me is about 1000x more important than 'next gen' updates and where I would want the budget spent, but obviously DD is not the game's only mode
