PCI Dots changing

I am using the three circles pci center and the circles change positions. Some times small on top other times large. What is the reason for this?

I think it has to do with if they're line drive hitters or fly ball hitters. But I'm not sure.

This. Can't remember the exact order. But it fluctuates if the hitter is either power, balanced, or contact.

Contact hitters the middle and bottom will be larger, power hitters the top 2,
It's representative of where the player will get his hardest contact, contact- grounders and liners, power - liners and fly balls,
