well , albeit not perfect , its way better than any bb game out , and has made significant improvements over the years , i think the little flaws in the game start to wear on you as you grow bored or complacent with the game , as the "new" wears off , im still having trouble with the square button throwing X buttons pitch ever so often causing me to groove a HR pitch , im aiming for a breaking ball and it throws a FB dead center/center, im not imagining it , it will do it 2 more times then starts working as it should , and all 3 controllers

This. Lol this is what a major part of the problem is. SDS has more fans like this than fans like me on the forums. I do believe that Tyler is a parody account because he is VERY over the top about his simp natures. In a way I like it cause he is mocking and bringing light to the issues SDS has.
If he is genuine then he's and example of the issues.

It's not really a lie that this game is worse than the last 3 years of it. Every game pitchers are consistently showing late on pitches even 90+ rating pitchers both player and cpu. The cpu throws more balls than strikes. Getting hits with less than diamond players is also super hard. All of these complaints are even when on the easiest difficulty.
I dont care about harder difficulties, I'm here for casual baseball while doing diamond dynasty and going for card collections. That being said this game is not easy for the casual player.
The xp in a day restrictions really makes it hard for casual players also complete "seasons" as casual players don't have time to play everyday for hours to hit that cap, while certain days they may have more time and get "capped" out.
Honestly I'm glad this game is free with gamepass because without that I wouldn't be getting (playing) it. I have spent a little cash on packs, but if the series continues to be as bad as 24, I will stop spending, get all achievements and be done with those games.

I am salty that I bought this game for myself and a friend to play because I feel I haven't gotten my money's worth. I enjoy TS23 WAAAAAAAY more and it too had problems but nothing like this. -

If it wasnt, there would be around 800,000 people in here complaining about it. Also your excessive use of the word "gaslight" or any variant of it is causing the word to lose meaning.

I've had 3 perfect perfect foul balls last 2 days. Was actually sitting on location for two of them and was so pissed when perfect just glided foul. Not to mention a ridiculous amount of perfect lineouts. Game can be absurdly frustrating

@hoo_pharted_PSN I wish I could enjoy playing against CPU. I don't feel rewarded in competitive games offline. If I play offline story stuff it wouldn't be a sports game. Kudos to you for being able to get the most out of it.

Looking at some of the people that defend this lackluster gameplay is quite laughable
If you know the slightest thing about RNG, then you know this game is very bad online. 8/9/10 PCI getting homers or ridiculous hits, whereas 13/14 PCI lineouts and deep fly outs is atrocious -
