Rap Dixon Throw moment

I think SDS listened to us and took away the multiple button throws because all you need to do in this moment is hit the button to throw it home and you get the guy out

I was so thankful... the other moments were so confusing with many buttons
-
I had to push several buttons like all the other throw moments.

same here
-
I've seen YouTubers that also had the multiple button throw but I didn't, very weird that it's different for everyone but I'll take the one button throw though
-
I just kept doing it until I got an easy sequence. B X X X X if I remember correctly.
-
You can turn this feature off by doing this:
Options - Settings - Gameplay - R1/RT until you get to control - R2/RB until you are in the player lock settings and change player lock throwing interface from Showtime to your preferred method.
Hope this helps for future moments like this one.

My setting is already "button", yet I still get the Jeter & Stone moments as showtime. There is no mode-specific setting within Storylines. Where are you changing this setting to change the moment?
-
You can't change it for a moment just for in games because I changed it before the Derek Jeter moments and still got the multiple button throw

I changed it while playing RTTS and it stayed that way for the Dixon moment. You can try and changing inside the story lines, it should apply for every moment going forward. If not then I guess you’ll have to adjust everytime you need to. (It suxks I know)

I have mine set to Button and I still have to use multiple buttons for the Stone assist moment. My Player Lock Throw Mapping is Standard too. I haven't tried the Dixon moment yet.

Likely pushing a few buttons isn’t rocket science I got it done first try.

Yeah, it’s very easy but some folks are 60+ years old, and don’t want to be dealing with things they consider complicated or inconvenient.
