Hall-of-Fame is so much better than All-Star (Ranked Season)

@AdeptOfMemory_PSN so majority of this player base that can barely/can’t play on all star, should have to play on hall of fame. If what comments below are saying are true and you’re hitting .119 on all star in ranked how can you expect the entire player base to play on hall of fame? The guys that are hitting .450+ on legend should have to play on hall of fame as well?

Folks, can‘t there be one thread without „him“ being in the middle of it ?!?!?!?!?!
My point was that I like ranked better on HOF-Difficulty, because the game plays better … FOR ME !!!
I like ranked and the competitive side of it. You can play in the 300s and have lots of fun beating opponents (or lose trying to)… playing on lower difficulties. I would never go that far locking out players who cannot (or do not want to) play above say 400 on veteran/all-star
If ranked would be HOF-only I would have never played the mode. There should be that competitive thing and it should get harder as it gets higher. And the goons have legend to compete against themselves
I would like to have another mode for maybe All-Star or HOF-Fame only (and maybe less innings?).

@TheCanuckler309_XBL the mistake was having multiple difficulties for PvP in the first place.
-
@YOSHI24_XBL my only complaint is that they shrink the zone too much on pitches in the corner which results in compete rng. I'll have a horrible zone leave the park and then ball a cm over the middle dot is a pop-up when really it is perfectly on the upper dot for a power hitter

@AdeptOfMemory_PSN no, that was not a mistake that’s a good thing.

Thanks to some weird and annoying bots (Yes, there are a big problem on xbox) and a couple of close wins I managed to get over 700.
So I played my 3 games on HOF-difficulty. Yes, it could be my opponents but comparing to random 3 games of All-Star the game actually played like a baseball game. I have fewer hits but less pitches are sent into orbit …
Yes, there are still too many foul balls, but gameplay is much better up there (and yes, it is a heavy grind for me playing there)
Foul balls are still the biggest gameplay issue this game has. Today my opponent fouled off 57 pitches on HOF, that’s a ridiculous amount of fouls.

@iBonafideScrub__PSN Put it in perspective … All-Star is worse … Let me guess: Game was at shield woods and your opponent was playing the „I swing very early on everything … because I can“? That is the worst

Noo, he was swinging very early/late. I was the home team and picked Date Palm Field.
He just had so many opportunities after fouling off pitches that were supposed to be swing and misses, also the umpires screwed me over a few times when I got him looking, so I built up a lot of frustration and before I knew it I was about to get mercied because my approach was gone.
Bad umpiring and foul balls are out of control.

@TheCanuckler309_XBL 9-21 this season hitting .145 you're barely touching the ball on hall of fame, you are part of the majority that I said can't play this game on hall of fame, that should not be the standard difficulty for every level.

For sure, don‘t fall on the troll job of him

@iBonafideScrub__PSN Who where you pitching, if I may ask?

I started Edward Cabrera, and left him for like 6 innings, then put Kenley and Ottavino in.
-
@iBonafideScrub__PSN Edward has pretty high K/9 … that should be good. But yes … too many foul balls

Yeah, foul balls are simply broken and they refuse to patch it. I’ll be swinging early at everything from now on, I will be a foul ball demon too.
-
I just had my 5th consecutive win on HOF and I have climbed over 800 … My last game my opponent and myself split foul balls in half, 32 each. That is fair enough.
And to mention it again: 6 hits, 2 runs, hell of a game. Total different game for me

I've played one game of HOF this season and it was at the Woods...game ended 14-13. I won but it was still kind of a miserable experience.

I hate those 86mph homeruns, IDK how people play everygame there.

Strike zone cam needs to go. All these players playing a first person shooter with those cams. Lame
-
@douevenbench_MLBTS sorry lol had to laugh at this one

How do you know what hitting camera your opponent is using?
