Fastest way to gain XP in one week

I’m currently at about 954,000 XP and coming to terms with the fact that I’m only going to be able to get one XP Boss Reward at most. I’ve completed all programs, all team affinity, all conquests, mini seasons, showdowns, and completed the Set 1 collection with all rewards. I also am an offline player and try to avoid online play.
I have limited time to play this week and I want to try and put my attention to whatever method will get me to a million the quickest. If you have any recommendations, please let me know the fastest way I can grind to the XP reward at this point.

Unfortunately there's not really a "Fast" way. Online is gonna be your best bet. 10K xp rewards at 5, 10, and 15 wins in the event ...think there's probably 1 or 2 more past that.
Otherwise, yeah, it's grinding CPU or Franchise. Modify a lineup to full attributes and play a home franchise game at Costco or something. Hit a bajillion HR's.

If you didn't notice that he plays on Nintendo switch then he can't play at custom stadiums so if you have any other idea's for stadiums that he can use

@PolyTaco_NSW Honestly, working through the online programs is the best way. You don’t have to be great to get to the xp in the programs either.

I am in the same boat. Looks like after I complete the programs from today I will be reluctantly heading online at least until I get Jimmy. SDS wins this one.
What upsets me the most is that I have 190 hours into this game off-line. I've completed every single off-line task except for one and a half divisions in TA3. Yet I still don't have enough XP at this point to at least get one pack in the XP program. I know it's been talked about a ton but still that's ridiculous.

Same here, I have every TA Ch 1-3 done, all the "Other Programs" done, finished every Conquest, finished every Mini-Season (more than once), completed every Showdown, and still just got my first Boss a few days ago... I am doing Moonshot until 25 wins so I can hopefully get to the wheel, but not sure if I have time.It's pretty deflating and I will not be this engaged for S2, as I was for S1.

I also have a ton of hours into this game already and I'm only at 900k. I believe I can reach the first pack if I continue pushing but I don't believe I can get to the second. Pretty frustrating knowing how much time I've given this game.
