RTTS Players disappearing

So I'm playing RTTS and I have random players just come up missing, for instance I advanced a player to the next base, and when the next better came up I was the only one on base, and most recently I was on first, the batter walked, I went to 2nd and when the next batter got up I was the only runner on base, and the outs did not change, so they weren't thrown out, they just disappeared, am I the only one?!
