I don’t understand how Jordan or Nike isn’t available to buy in marketplace yet. This needs to happen for the heavy RTTS players. Some really cool items are missing.

Folks, I must believe this is due to how the companies, Nike and Jordan Brand, required their property to be used in the game. For this to be such a singular issue and remain that way makes it very clear this is the situation. Why would Nike and Jordan Brand not want their products on the market? Likely because of their perception that it equates with assigning post-retail value on their property, which they don't want.

I would agree with that assessment, but there is a Jordan brand low cleat available and a Jordan brand shin protector, and a Jordan compression sleeve. And there are Griffey Junior cleats. They just aren’t the first generation ones. They’re the second ones that came out….

Situation has to be contractual, not technological.
If Nike/Jordan won't let SDS list on the marketplace, there's not a whole lot SDS can do.

It’s so weird that for so long Nike has been in the community market and this is the first year that we’re having an issue with buying or selling anything Nike or Jordan in the community market.

I am very confident that SDS receives significant payments from these companies to highlight their products in the game. So, if you are wondering why SDS doesn't remove them from the game, that's your answer.
