This game is dead the casuals have left

It takes less than five seconds to match with an opponent. Co-op is maybe ten.
-
Dude relax, it's a Tuesday evening. Maybe u just had a bad run or 2. For me, Sundays are when the free wins are handed out.
-
Game isn’t dead. I’m getting matched up with opponents faster than ever and also seeing records vary from sub .500 to better than my 33-6 record
Having an unenjoyable experience on the game ≠ a dead game
-
Game is DEFINITELY NOT dead, people are still enjoying playing this game even if you aren't

You’re also a diehard who fluffs Sds
Certainly not true. Go back and read all my 1,500 posts.
I've "liked" a bunch of your posts out here. Don't hate on me man.

Not dead. But not being any casuals, other than myself, playing.
Last 4 Event games have been against opponents rocking a WS Icon, having 5-6 times more wins than losses in their RS record, and are fielding teams where the hitter with the lowest BA of the bunch is still batting .455

Again, Events are not casual friendly so you wont see many there. Why would I waste my time playing a mode that only grants progress for wins when I only expect to win 20-30% of the time?
The best place to play casuals, somewhat ironically, is ranked. You'll run into some in BR, but even with the changes BR is still a slog.

What you mean is it's dead FOR YOU.
The world does not revolve around you and your specific skills. I'm by no means a great player. My record in DD ranked is 8 and 12. But I finished both ranked and battle Royale programs bc I concentrate and wait out good pitching and hunt for mistakes and try to be inventive with my pitching and I can still win games and have a blast.
I'm tired of people declaring things dead and attempting to sound definitive as if YOUR experience is universal. It's not. You're just bad at the game. So quit and leave the game to people who enjoy it and try to grind it out and improve.
The Game is alive. It's you thats dead

@VioletNine9
Did your girlfriend cheat on you or just dump you? It’s all good man. Go read a book or something.
-
@Teak2112 I agree I am finding opponents much faster in ranked but the gameplay is suffering. Nobody could catch up to a fastball on all star difficulty. 2 different opponents I played struck out 17 plus times. It was ridiculous. SDS screwed something up.

@arvcpa
Don’t fret bro, you posted a perfectly reasonable response but the OP wasn’t having it. He’s the type who pours hot coffee on a three legged puppy. Don’t waste any more seconds on this guy.
-
I don’t think they left. I haven’t played online all week since I finished BR and Ranked. I just did storylines.
-
Its not quite "dead" as much as it's neglected. It will be dead very soon. The only thing keeping it alive is the marketing and content creators. When summer and fall games get released then the game will be dead. It will peak again around playoffs and world series but die after that.
It's just horribly neglected by the devs as far as bug and gameplay correction. It's just a battle pass app without the battle pass title and without the polish. I don't play BR cause I know there's no way I'm getting flawless at least not without raging and going through divorce first so it's not worth it. The game freezes and bugs out too much for me to put trust in it for a 12-0 run attempt.
Casuals don't play because it's too hard to be a casual online. You don't know if the casual base is dead because the casual base just plays offline. There are no casuals in PVP -
It's time for you to just leave, we don't really like all that negativity and that's all you are.
-
@Xx-Pisciotta you sound like a toddler
-
Not dead by any stretch...but maybe casuals just aren't into getting their $#it pounded in day in and day out anymore?
It's the #1 reason I avoid online play, I'm nowhere near good enough and I still want to enjoy this game
-
@AdeptOfMemory thank you Karen
-
I've always been under the impression that most casuals don't even play online.

That @arvcpa_MLBTS sounds like a great guy. A class-act all the way.
