Created stadiums gone?

Did I miss an announcement or something? Not only can’t I play in a created stadium, but the whole option to create on is gone.

I can play in created stadiums. I can create stadiums. Are you sure you're on the correct version? There have been a few instances where people have downloaded the One version instead of the X|S version.
