Disappearing base runners

Why do base runners keep disappearing but the outs don't change. U will hit a single with 2 outs advancing the guy on 1st to 2nd next guy comes up guy on second is gone

It’s been an ongoing problem for me since MLB 23. I don’t know why it happens but for some reason whenever it does my team loses. May be a coincidence but that’s when it happens to me

Happened twice to me last night in the same inning. Walked to load the bases and the runner on third vanishes. Next batter pops up for an out and then the runner on 2nd disappears. Went from bases loaded to me alone on 1st. Next batter hit a home run that would have given us the lead if the other runners were still there.

This has been an issue for a LONG time in RTTS.
Side note: When pitching have any of you had the four strike strike out? Or the strikeout on strike two while batting?
