yeah you should get an email. If you have the companion app check that as well, it might be there

If you go to the "my packs" section of the app, it might already be there. Sometimes it doesn't give a notification

@Sarge1387 Thanks! I just checked there as well. Still nada, just glad they don't only send notification via email. Will continue to check throughout the day at this point lol. Thanks again for the help!

I didn't get an email. It was in my game inventory to open with some other packs I earned.

Surprised I even got one to be honest, but yeah it’s a worthless pack. I still haven’t got my last several Twitch packs and they clearly aren’t doing anything to fix it. They told me weeks ago that they are passing on the info their team to investigate whatever that means.

Never got mine. I've already checked and I'm linked for it and didn't receive the email telling me I should I have the pack. But I do have the email telling me I'm registered after I had to relink when everything got unlinked a couple weeks back

I don’t understand how this is an issues every single year with the scouting report and twitch packs. It seems like such an easy fix to just give those who aren’t receiving those packs a standard pack to make up for it, but they don’t seem to care enough to fix the problem or make it right.
