The choice pack you get in the team affinity program (Seoul Series or Spring Breackout) are these packs guaranteed 90 overall rare round players or can you still get base round players in these packs?

You still get base packs (I'm 0-7 so far). It's just the way it's worded that makes it super weird.

I thought it was just rare round. I somehow got 3/4 rare for my first few packs
