Button Accuracy Meter

I can’t seem to figure out how to find this setting this year!!! When I first loaded up the game, it defaulted to the analog right stick targeting. So when I set it to Button Accuracy, it doesn’t show me the accuracy meter!!! I’m playing on Hall of Fame difficulty, so is the meter turned off on Hall of Fame?
