Let me get this straight

I don’t get you guys sometimes…One minute people are screaming about players being in packs only, Then when they release TA2 all I hear is whining about the grind…Maybe this just isn’t the game mode for you then. Seriously, If you don’t want to spend stubs on players or grind for players then why are you playing DD? You might be happier playing a different mode & there’s nothing wrong with that.
You’re missing the point of every compliant if this is your take, either deliberately or out of idiocy.

@x814xmafia
Isn't it expensive to do the collections? And I thought umi heard thst the pack at 30k was No-Sell?
Put buy orders on 80 rated cards.
Think u need about 22 for the 150k collection that rewards 30k xp.
That should cost around 10k
Once u do that, open the spring breakout pack 1 pack. If u hit Skenes, you just profited 10k. I hit the rare round twice out of 6 times.
And THEY ARE SELLABLE! SDS either messed up or they were meant to be sellable.
If u get the 87's, sell the most expensive for around 4k. Also, open all the other packs and sell those.
Then work on the 100k, 50k, 20k, etc.
You'll be close to boss pack 2.Also, do the ((Dibble)) Showdown. It's only once. I beat it first try. And u earn 20k TA points for all divisions!
I also did the Voucher Showdown once. U get 4 vouchers for 11,200 TA points. As for the extreme moments, I did the Dominguez Homerun one, Eddie mathews xbh one, and Verlander pitching one.
Then go to conquest.
Make sure u choose a boss SP. I took Verlander first. Also I'm Seasawing Verlander and Abel. You need 10k's, and it's repeatable.
Keep track of the k's. When the pitcher u choose hits 10k's, bring in another boss pitcher.Right now I have Verlander, Abel, Richard, Kenley, and Dibble.
On regards to boss hitters, I have Dominguez, E Mathews, Khrsted, and E Rodriguez in the lineup. Since AL East doesn't have boss pitchers, I stacked my lineup with yankees, and ALE Chapter 1-2 bosses.
So I'm basically grinding AL Central with Verlander k's for 10k every other game, and throwing in Abel once Verlander gets 10k's.
And progressing AL East with all my hitters. It's gonna be much easier to complete.

Yep, bottom line is the same people are going to complain literally every single time no matter what they do with the game. Some people just have to be outraged at all times.

It’s only a tiny fraction of the fan base complaining. It’s the same names over and over again. Crying about this and crying about that. My goodness enough already… it’s only a freaking video game. It’s mind blowing how they even managed to make it this far in the real world. If you don’t like the game then move on. Go touch grass or something… do something productive.

Skenes is already down to 13K.

@x814xmafia I finished both the extreme and the normal this morning to only get 4 vouchers

@x814 Mafia
Bleh, that sucks. He was 22k when I jumped at doing the 30,000 ta xp for each team after I saw the packs were tradeable.

Extreme gives you 20K for each division. You don't get vouchers.

1 repeatable map instead of 3 is just another way to give us less packs because the hidden rewards aren’t repeatable.
-
@Pergo If you actually did enjoy the game you’d just play it instead of checking in on this thread daily like a sad lonely forum troll trying to make friends and never realizing it’s because you’re annoying that nobody responds or cares. Like we haven’t seen a .179 hitter that plays conquest against the CPU and tells everyone how fun it is lmfao
-
I rather the way it was TA chapter 1. By much. The way chapter 2 is designed sucks and is so much time consuming.

It's really not that much harder to get it done and this is coming from someone who has been very critical of SDS with this years game. Also I see the argument that they did it cause some got done SO FAST then they decided to whine -- this is such a false narrative that it just makes me laugh my backside off. The people grinding and get it done super fast are NOT for the most part the one's who come to this forum and complain cause they bust it out then get back to grinding online. Also meaning they for the most part are not spending much if any time on this forum complaining about lack of content / XP so again that idea is complete garbage.
Now that excuse has debunked what other garbage excuse would someone else like to spew that makes the fan boys look even more silly ?? . . . . waiting .....
-
I rated this years game a 1 and if they would let me return it I would. I was so dumb to even buy it. On the bright side you can be a girl in RTTS lol.
Next year if they do not come out early with how they are going to fix this mess of a game I will not buy it. I felt like something was up when we didn’t receive any info about the game until the last minute.

So, as someone who is disgusted with SDS this year...
...the grind is not terrible if you extend it out as intended. The key is get to the pitcher in the 4 divisions that have pitchers and then spam 10K's in a game while loading batters from another division (there are 2 that don't have pitcher bosses).
Boring? Yes. Stupid not to have conquest maps? Yes. SDS making terrible decisions? Yes.
Still, not hard to do.
