Are showdowns usually not repeatable?
FYI, Dibble is on legend. The Noah Schultz kid is crazy. Best way to best it imo is get the bunt cheese and use it.

@BadaBing_0 I got lucky with a lefty lefty HR on the last out by kjerstad (spelling)
His card might be usable online.

I only did the Dominguez one so far. Took like 5 attempts. I'll do the rest tomorrow. That Eddie 3 XBH one worries me. Lol

@BadaBing_0 that one and the kenley one are rough. The 3xbh sucks because the second pitcher they put in is a left with a weird delivery. The kenely one is bad because every game you start bases loaded 0 outs so a pop fly or ground ball will make you lose. You are at the mercy if the cpu defense.
The 3xbh took forever lol. Good luck.

I'm trying the SD again now with speed guys and bunt boost. I may be weird but I kinda enjoy failing the SD once or twice. It keeps me on the edge of my seat and I get so much more out of bearing it. Most of the showdowns are so easy to just fly through.

Beating this on my first attempt is probably one of my best MLB The Show feats. I did not realize that it was an extreme version when I started it. Was wondering why SDS set the difficulty to Hall of Fame. I actually beat the last stage before Dibble with only 1 strike left in a tie game.
If I had known it was an extreme before I started it then I probably would have just ignored it.
Of course it then took me a couple of tries to beat the normal showdown after that. Go Figure.

Same here... I just finished it on my first go also. I am proud of this because I am not great at this game, especially in Showdown. So it's definitely a highlight for me so far this year.Vaughn and Bell hit a home run each to get it for me... I had 11 outs left so I was starting to sweat. LOL

I hate showdown, tried this twice and I wasted an hour of my life on this with nothing to show for it (which is why I hate Showdown, its all or nothing and it can take a long time to do)
However, its addition was one of the better things this patch. I like the extreme moments too.
