XP Question (Not Cap Related)

Has anyone noticed after a game that the total xp you received is not entirely being applied to the xp path? The when shutting the app and checking the path again it is added. So if i never restart, is this xp properly being applied?

It has been that way for a couple years, they don't know how to fix it.

Ok, so I'm not losing my marbles there. There's been more than a few occasions where I've gone full on "hold up, wait a minute" looking at the mathing. But as @BadaBing_0_PSN said, it seems to apply well after the fact.
