Banned for a year and support is taking long to get back

I was banned for an offensive team name which I understand but a whole year is wild. I reached out to support almost a week ago and still haven’t got anything back. Does anyone know how long it take for them to email me back?

They aren't going to unban you. We report idiots like you for team names and awful logos because children play this game. The last thing I want my kid seeing is a pair of b on a uniform or a spewing p for a logo or some racist stuff for a team name while playing a baseball game. Enjoy your ban, see you next year and hopefully you learn your lesson.

Yeah keep that stuff in their school textbooks and libraries where it belongs as vidya games are sacred and off limits

@Spinal_Tap_N_Die No. Can get banned for what you type in as the name. The Pittsburgh Meat Hammers doesn't have an audio option. (Note: I don't have an issue with The Meat Hammers. Just an example.)

Nothing brings the game haters and the fanboys together quicker than seeing someone banned for offensive team names and logos.
I'll be honest, I don't play online so I never see those names but I did drop in to the logo vault for some unknown reason one day and wow. The number of duplicated female breast logos were overwhelming. Then of course there were the male, um, member logos. I reported a bunch of them, but I am not paid to police their logos so I stopped after a few pages of them.
I seriously question some people's judgement.

I mean I didn't know it would be a year but I personally wouldn't have tried to test what SDS would do if you used an offensive name. That's basically saying that you wasted your money for this year's game.
