No sell on battle royale pack?!

It took me like 9 br runs to complete everything. I even purposely lost a few games when pitching with the sorry silvers, lol. I left em out there for 3 innings giving up 7-10 runs at times. But I still put up runs myself.
When grinding, don't worry about losing a few games. The goal is to reach that 100 points. -

If you can't, you likely need to grind to the 25k exp. Given that the players that fit into this category can't hit well, thats a long grind.
I think technically all the cumulative goals still add up to less than 100 and you need to win a few games along the way, but that shouldnt be an issue. I stink and I still win 2 games semi often. But I'm not sure I ever cracked 20 hits, let alone 25.

You should be able to sell the card either way . Why you reward 10-0 but not a major grind is a slap in the face to a lot of players .

The sellable pack is the reward for going flawless, which is way more difficult than finishing a program. Thus deserves a “reward”

I think for average and above players its a pretty small grind really, and again there are the henchman along the way that you can sell.
Even if you wanted to collect them, you can just knock out the program in the first couple of days, sell at peak, and buy towards the end
I am not average, and it is a long grind for me. I would be a complete fool to do it for the reward of selling the card even it was sellable. My time is better spent elsewhere. I do it because I like using cards I earned.

Very true! I shouldn't have focused on individual missions. Once I was finished with those, I started doing normal BR runs. I won 8-9 games a cpl times and had a shot at 10-0 when I went 8-0. But lost to a great hitter like 11-7. Then won my next game and list my last.
I should have went into every game trying to win them all. It probably would have saved me a few runs in total.
I got to the 7 win mark 3x
4000 pxp 3x
25 hits 4 or 5xThe below average to average person should reach 100 in about 10 runs even if u only win 1-2 games.
I got to 150 in 9 runs. -

Then why is 10-0 repeatable and the program is not? The people who can go 10-0 do so over and over getting all the cards and millions of stubs from the great cards they get. In contrast, those who have to do the program have no grindable way like the top players to get a high amount of stubs and great cards easily.

Great cards? Most of the time u don't get the best cards. Going 10-0 is not super easy. I had a chance once, and my diamond was Strider, lol. Kinda bummed me out.

There are spreadsheets that show based on the first card you get what the last card will be and the people who routinely go 10-0 use to make sure they get trout or Othani or whoever the want or is selling the highest, so yes great cards

Interesting. Guess if my bronze 1st card is not one of the top 3, then it's best to quit and keep trying until I land the top 3 cards in the rotation. Good to know!
This will likely change in a few days and a new rotation will be set up. -

I'm new to this information, but not new to The Show. Been playing since 2008 when I was a kid.
This isn't my main Theahownation account from years ago. Had to make a new one. -

Because top players deserve to be uniquely rewarded, and going flawless is extremely difficult to do.

@chucky97___ lmfao stop. BR rewards used to nearly complete the LS collection and now everybody gets it for free just for losing. It’s not even worth more than a choice pack. It’s been tanked, slapped around, stripped naked, and publicly disgraced right in front of everyone. This is why scrubs can’t win event games now, it’s worth MORE than BR.

And I would add this is a good way to do it.
Everyone can earn one of the two cards if they want (and buy the other if they want to be a completionist), but nothing is locked behind needing to be great at the game. However the people that ARE great get rewarded.
It is sort of a rich get richer thing, allowing great people to then buy the pack cards with their flawless stubs, but as a 99%er I don't care.
I hated the Flawless event rewards though, because those were NOT reasonably earnable, even with the rewind packs. That actually caused me to quit in season 5 last year after I had to farm stubs to buy 2 Mets (granted I was on my way out anyway with the MLB season being over, but it left a bad taste)

I want to be transparent and say I am not a BR player so my opinion prolly does not mean as much but what I have to say are valid points like these --
- The player spent his time to grind out these cards and it should be that players right to sell them or keep them.
You know something I was going to make another reason or two but point ONE is enough and I am tired of SDS trying to tell me and others how to play a game that the players spent good money on. I got a question IF they are sold who are they hurting ???? ---- spoiler -- NO ONE -- period and FACT -- I am done

Top players alone deserve infinite stubs and infinite top cards, BS

This is an immature caricature of his point.
Players who make WS or go 10-0 certainly do deserve a reward that's unique.
BR is a loophole, though, and SDS would be smart to reconsider the 20 x flawless stuff.
On the same note, if someone wants to spend his life spamming BR for "infinite stubs," don't envy him. Pray for him.

You're just wrong. And I've never gone 12-0 or 10-0 or made WS.
Before the BR program was introduced, the only way to get those cards was to go 12-0 or to buy them at insanely high prices. Flawless players made millions upon millions of stubs like this, and average players had to buy those cards at insane prices.
SDS is attempting to find a satisfactory middle ground where players who aren't great can still get the cards without paying 100's of 1000's of stubs for each of them. It's a win for players who want the cards to use or collect, not to sell.
It's actually "hurting" the 12-0 players that plebs like me can get one of the cards for free by simply working the program. The prices of those cards have plummeted viz-a-viz previous years.
Your argument is an "equality of outcome" argument related to a competitive mode that was designed to be skill-based, not time-based. You should thank SDS for making the cards available to you even if you can't go flawless. This from the guy who's raked SDS over the coals more than anyone this cycle.
Also: the Ranked and BR programs also "hurt" SDS, since they disincentivize pleb players from buying stubs to get those cards. So again, you're just wrong.
-
Two things to keep in mind in light of my last, longer post.
First, stubs are incredibly difficult to generate so far this year. Thus any restriction SDS puts on selling cards hurts. SDS is clearly manipulating DD's macro-economy (not the market) to influence stub purchases.
Second, the whole idea of a 10-0 flawless mode might need to be reconsidered since it seems to go against the DEI/democratization path the devs are prioritizing.
