Account Reset? 4/4/24

I've tried all of the attempted fixes above - Linking/Unlinking, uninstalling and trying the PS4 version, changing user accounts and nothing.
I have not been able to restore my initial account with the DD progress, and edition stubs/packs.
Furthermore, I tried to play the new DD from scratch and even if I started over, I was not granted any of the packs or stubs from the edition.Any more thoughts? I'm thinking of just going the refund route at this point.
We unlucky few that remain lol. Idk why I can’t link my accounts. I’ve tried everything too. I guess they’ve given up on us. Haven’t heard from victor or anyone else since this afternoon

@Victor_SDS my account has been reset for days now I had the preorder and now nothing o have reset/ deleted reinstalled. Sent numerous emails. And no help and only automated replys. PS5 is KRZDismount

My account is on my app but it’s not syncing with the game I’ve sent 2 tickets in and I’ve tired unlinking and relinking, deleted the game tried cloud gaming etc

I was completely exhausted and requested a refund of my purchase amount

Now I can't even unlink my account at all... and it even reset my level 5 back to a zero. Some people don't even get reset... I get reset twice???? Wtf

So I see that others are having same issues as I am where you're not getting the correct level of XP of where you were at and more importantly losing all the stubs you have earned either by playing or outright buying the stubs. It's a joke. I've played this game since 2006 when it first came out and this by far is this the worst thing that has ever happened to the community. A lot of people did get there accounts back but there are a lot that haven't and I'm one of them. I love this game to much to say I will never buy another game but I have a feeling they lost a lot of people because of this glitch that caused people to lose there accounts.

Still not restored, at this point why not call it a loss and just give us enough stubs to but the cards we lost and tell us to just start over on progression

@Victor_SDS mine's fixed, so for those who don't have theirs fixed yet it will happen. I was having the exclusivity error and a bunch of other weird things going on but they fixed it. Every small detail is restored on my account.

@Victor_SDS I can view my stats from before the wipe but it says that I'm currently lvl 5 with next to no stubs and under 1min played

@himtrovrtd If you're referring to the tournament it's postponed, no future date set yet.

@himtrovrtd Try emailing Manny from show support, and send him your screen name and screenshots of your error messages .I wish I could help further. Hope everyone gets fixed soon.
