    @SeanCroft27 screenshot in your show app if it still says what u had originally and make a ticket I made 4 or 5 and mine was fixed earlier when I linked

    @Victor_SDS Day 3 now without access to my DD squad . Just to reiterate, I've spent real money for in game purchases and have 150+ hours of grinding. Live series collection was approx 95% done. Team affinity, 100%. Most other programmes complete a[art from BR and events.

    I have created two tickets about forty and twenty-four hours ago. They are 362226 and 364462. I haven't heard back. The companion app and website both show the correct info. I have cleared my cache via unplugging and the system's menu. The link option via the game doesn't give me the correct option. Only linking via Microsoft makes the correct option show like I mentioned above. I even uninstalled and reinstalled the game. This is my most played game each of the past three years, but I'm not doing all of that again. Can I please just get some acknowledgement something might be able to be done before I just give up for the year and stupidly return in 2025?

    @Ticklemonster34 I have screem shots showing hours played, Burnes pitching, my emblem is even on from the Mexican jersey packs that it's now saying I've never purchased. Real frustrating at this point.

    My ticket number is 359956.

    Manny from support replied saying he’d look into it at 4pm PST yesterday. Still nothing though. I also have screenshots of lineups I’ve used and time played (115 hours).

    I had every program completed besides BR, as well as Mookie Betts and Ohtani live series cards. Any other info you need, let me know here or via email.

    Really want to get back into the game.. being a Tennessee fan, that Jordan Beck card is calling my name. Thanks.

    @Victor_SDS my account still has not been restored and my ticket number 364722, has not even received a response. It’s now been over 48 hours without access while new content continues to be dropped. FIX THIS!!!

    Actions that officials should take

    1 The service will be stopped for emergency maintenance as soon as a problem is discovered.
    2 Notify all users of the problem and how to deal with it by email.
    3 Restart the service once the issue is resolved.

    This response required minimal effort for both officials and players.
    At present, it is already impossible to recover all users, so we will have no choice but to pay compensation.

    I just wished they would say something about people with xbox and psn accounts that were merged. How would we ever remerge those accounts? I would create 2 new account names to match if I could get the accounts to match one another. I have my psn account back. However, I have the wrong psn name. XBox account is like I got a brand new account altogether. I say again. I play on both consoles and I'm mostly online only. I would like my progress to match though. I've submitted a couple tickets however they haven't seemed to go through. tacoelgoonye psn name, tacOhtani xbox name. Prior to this happening. Both names were tacOhtani. Thanks

    Victor, you or somebody else at SDS needs to issue an actual, real apology to the community for several things. My account is fine. But the game was broken at early-access launch and has been a mess since. WE paid YOU for the privilege of testing the game.

    The refusal of SDS to just say "we're very sorry, we [censored] up" is pathetic. Predictable, but still pathetic.

    Shout out, SDS communication!

    @SeanCroft27 that's what I was getting too. I woke up Friday afternoon and I had the option to relink refreshed and it had my correct lvl and stubs along with my team. I approved it and checked ingame and app to confirm and it was all there. I spammed tickets when the issue for everyone first appeared. I was frustrated waiting but it got done eventually and I can't be more happier. Just gotta sit and wait unfortunately. Prayers you get yours back soon bro

    Unfortunately i still have not got my stuff back yet either, all TA done, all programs done BR done collectected 8 or 9 live series teams, 107 k stubs all gone maybe if i spent money other then the purchase of the game i would have my stuff back

    @GlazedDonato I'm sitting tight for now, as frustrating as it is. My worry is that it says lvl 5 and 778 stubs yet also says I haven't done the DD tutorial.

    I preordered the game for ps5 and played only on ps5 but somehow my [censored] is gone for the ps5 version and still all there for the ps4 version which I’ve never played and only downloaded to see if a post I read was right.

    So now, with everything seemingly restored..it would have been nice to find..I don't know, a couple million stubs added. This, after I realized that my +/- 13 Twitch Drop packs never came from the prerelease viewing I did.
