If you're talking about the Live Series, then they would need to be on the 40 Man Roster. That's how it works.
That's why every team's Live Series collection has, check this out, 40 cards. And those cards change with said team's ACTIVE 40 MAN ROSTER.

He's talking about the roster for Franchise mode. No offense @MAINELYBOSTON_PSN but you may want to mention you're referring to Franchise Mode. Even though this is the General forum; most people here are DD players and think you're referring to thst roster update

There are tons of downloadable rosters that I'm sure include, Marcelo Mayer. I know, weird right. JFC with this one player.

You make no sense, why would I download some random person’s rosters with their bias when this is literally SDS’ job. I already ran into you on another post with your DD. 40 man garbage. Like I said we established previously clearly there are franchise players but still you see a post and can’t help yourself. I have played since MVP was last game and then 06 2K Baseball and have always used Pasta Padre and Operation Sports and am familiar with Ridin being hired by SDS, which is why I appreciate the work they do and expect to be correct and at least have the top 10 included. They added Marcelo today so that’s great, they didn’t add Miguel Bleis, which sucks so yeah us Franchise players exist and appreciate having our players on our favorite teams. Stop telling people to download rosters when you’re here to complain about the 95 rated DD player you would never use.

Clearly a generalization for DDers, it’s cool calm down. I’m literally saying you see people talking about stuff you don’t even play. Not sure who your team is but pretty sure if they had upper echelon talent missing and you buy the [censored] game every year early just for roster updates basically at this point, it sucks when they’re missing in any mode.

Are you still here? Yeah first part of statement was a statement then when I said go complain about cards was a generalization. Go troll someone else and stop putting your opinion out there to everyone that is merely hoping whatever missing player, bug, hopes and dreams for what they would like improved, isn’t that what this forum is for.

This is a question pertaining to franchise rosters, not DD
Just wondering if SDS has Thomas Saggese on their radar for future roster updates--he plays AAA in the Cardinals organization, was named Texas League MVP last year and was a Texas League All-Star. 39 at bats in spring training, and arguably next in line to come up to the show if an infield spot opens up. Kid's a beast. Ranked #4 2B prospect in baseball. Bit of a glaring omission for those who play franchise mode. Just throwin it out there!! -
