I NEED HELP PLEASE MLB 24

anyone who can help me I will truly appreciate it. Guys I logged into my Xbox series X two hours ago and my entire account is like gone like it’s been reset or something. I had every player up to date, I had all the programs completed, affinity season 1 completed, I had 300k in stubs everything is all gone I don’t understand how this could possibly happen but all my hard work is just gone! Can anybody please tell me what could’ve happened and what can I do to get my stuff all back? Please Help….
