A massive glitch has caused everyone to loose there stuff you need to go to theshow.com and relink your account everyone’s account got unlinked
USE THE WEBSITE NOT THE APP

I never had one though idk what to do this is so dumb

If i go there and try to link my account it show's me this PLEASE READ CAREFULLY - If you choose this, your account progress will RESET! what do i do?????

Submit a claim to SDS with your info hopefully they will get back to you otherwise your might wanna link it in case it ever happens again

It said I'm already linked should I try unlinking and relinking

@Outcastkazy don't do anything just wait ik it sucks but I did and everything is gone completely. Screenshot your team and stubs in the app and submit a ticket

When i go to relink, it tells me both options are level 1 and 0 stubs, idk how everybody is getting this to work. Any fixes?

I relinked and in game and still missing everything. This is such BS and SDS’ complete lack of communication is wildly unprofessional and goes way past incompetence.

@WhiskeyOne agree I can’t even login because they keep saying my things are wrong I pray and hope that if it’s fixed soon, but no hope

May I ask what “communication” you are expecting? They posted a comment nearly immediately after they were made aware of the situation. That was only 3 hours ago. Are you expecting minute-by-minute updates? You’re nuts if so.
Honestly, the fact there are 285 different threads regarding this shows no one reads SDS communications anyway…

DD accounts got reset somehow. I logged into the companion app, and mine is showing. Maybe do the same to check?

It’s currently 5 am in San Diego. I understand you’re frustrated but how many people do you think work overnight at SDS?

Glad I read the forum. I will just stay away for now until there is more info and hopefully a fix.

@LoWRiDeR_9617 I’m doing the relink but 2 accounts show up which one do I relink the PlayStation one or the Show one?

@BJDUBBYAH I checked as well and all my stuff shows in the app. Can't check in game though.
