Mauer or Gagne

Finally hit 100 BR points. Just curious on who ya'll took? I'm leaning towards Gags since I'm thinking Mauer will be replaced once I get Naps..

@Shauwn I took Gagne for that exact reason, once I get Napoli I'll be using him at catcher. Always nice to have a good closer early on to. Gagne has been good for me.

I took Gags. His cards are always pretty good.
Nothing against Mauer, his card looks good, too! Since I'm inching closer to 400k xp, it don't really make sense using Mauer for a week. Gags will be P5 by the time I get Naps. -

Is Gagne better than the Fingers in the XP path?
I havent tried either yet. But that Fingers card looks a little gimped with his slower velo than previous yr cards. I'd assume Gagne is better.

I never used the Fingers card at all so I can't say.
I haven't used him yet either. Had a chance to select him in BR, but went with Gagne instead.
On paper the Fingers card looks a little tuned down than the one we got last year, and those I've used in previous years.
Based on the numbers on paper, Gags definitely looks like the better option. But both should be very usable.
