Packs on Companion App

Any time I try to purchase packs on the companion app, I get a message saying “an error occurred”. Anyone know a fix for this? I’m sick of having to sign onto the website to buy a pack, just to go back to the app to open it.

Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app? Or maybe it's just due for an update?
Best solution is just to not buy packs at all.

lol I’ve had this issue since last season so it’s been updated since, and I have deleted and reinstalled and it hasn’t solved the issue
