I will say this, the fact that there is no outside help with this is the real problem. Companies like this have been given the ability to churn out garbage like this and provide zero support because the business model allows it. No contact number no accountability, i mean garage sales hold more accountability than this group of bad devs, marketing team and management which seems to not exist at all.
Thank you for sending the message that you don't want anyone to buy your game that expects any level of customer service. -

Victor, Manu can we please get an update. this is absolutley ridcilous. it cant be that hard. everything in DD crashes. you cant even play a game vs the CPU. Cmon people. if you arent going to fix it at least give us an update saying its not going to get fixed. give us something. just need an update

Probably because it was SERVER MAINTENANCE. Not an update.

Yes. You have to contact Nintendo Online. But you will lose access to the game.
