Earned Packs NOT Appearing?

I have progressed to level 7 in my RTTS and received a notice that I've been awarded a "Ballin' is a Habit" pack, as well as a regular pack - yet neither has appeared in my packs. Am I doing something wrong? Neither pack is where it should be...

If you are trying to access them from the locker room in RTTS, like the perk packs, they will not be there. They will be with the other DD packs. Either my inventory>my packs or in DD mode.

The packs are not in inventory either. I'm having that same issue.

If not in inventory , your best bet would be to put in a ticket on this site.

Some packs don’t appear in rtts my inventory. Have to back out to the main screen. I think I had to do that for the my ballin and other non equipment/fielding/perks ect. I think other game mode packs I had to do them all from the log in screen.
