MLB 24 Storylines - No Sound

Hello everyone.

I am not sure if anyone is having the following issue.

I bought the Negro Leagues MLB The Show for XBOX X. I tried to check out storylines for both the Negro Leagues and Derek Jeter, but there is no audio for either one. I know things are going on because closed caption works as I see the subtitles.

Audio works well throughout the game, but not for this segment of the game.

Any help would be appreciated. I really want to watch these storylines.

I've had this happen many times but closing and reopening the game has always fixed the audio for me
