I've experienced this problem too. Beat them first try, no reward

I feel like the people having issues are not beating it on the first "turn" but beating it on their first "try"...
If it's the first turn you'd be playing them on Allstar no matter what.. hope that helps if that was the problem

Not first try...

First TURN. You have to go directly there in the very beginning and beat them before anything else. It will be on at least All Star level.

I went directly to the Padres and beat them on all star and got nothing. Anyone know why?
