    Absolute garbage support.
    I'd say you should be ashamed but you clearly don't care. Issuing a statement 2 days ago with zero follow-up. It's almost as if you has en entire year to figure out an issue like this.

    COME ON SDS. It has been literally 3 days or 72 hours now. I know that I am not the only one who is upset. Your lack of getting this fixed or keeping us informed is RIDICULOUS. You have had enough time to fix this, what is your problem.

    Nintendo Switch community let figure who we need to call or start emailing who gives a 🤬. If anyone has phone #s or email to these people or higher up let's share.

    Seems like the only recourse at this time is a class action law suit. I'm done waiting for something I purchased a week ago to work or at least have some ongoing communication.

    I have been advised to contact the better business bureau and suggest other do the same. Enough forum complaining.

    Regards to BBB and FTC if you do file let me know how, actually let all of know. You know they will not truely compensate us for this...try to throw us a pack or bundle but that is just not covering it for me. Please let me know what process I need to do to file a complaint.

    Wooow this feels really familiar. Oooo ya cause it is and how u left us unable to connect for 2 weeks on 23 and never even got any compensation for it even after the pathetic job. Once again switch users get no support and are last priority. Pretty sure we all pay the same amount it's ridiculous.

    I too have the crashes but its only occasional, Diamond Dynasty works perfect for me. It's just a matter of grinding out the stubs that's a pain in the rear. Programs are a breeze so far, already completed AL East Affinity.

    Only thing that does not cause software error crash is RTTS for me. Which I don't even enjoy playing.

    Worst game experience I've ever had. Never spent $100 (digital deluxe) on a game that fails basic quality control testing like this. I will never buy this game again.

    oh my goodness. get better at your jobs and fix the game for pete's sake. how did this get past play testing? why do you simply not care? this game is horrible. do better.
