Hey SDS, great way to treat your customers. Anyway you could possibly give an update on the Nintendo Switch situation? Been 48+ hours of not being able to play. I am sure you want to blame us for not being "patient" or not understanding how complicated the it is to fix. But remind you, ALL OF US, paid good money for a game we are unable to play because you guys ultimately could not do your job correctly. But I would not be surprised if you all tried to shift the blame on us.

I've also submitted a bug to SDS. An update would sure be nice.

They were too busy resolving the RTTS bug that impacted the money they have YET to make.
They already got your money, chump, so shut up and wait, and don't expect any timeframe or communication that assures you this is a priority. It's not -- the market is. Stubs are.

You would be complaining too if you couldn't play DD without the game crashing, we've been waiting for an update but the only one we got was that they don't have a estimated time of when it will be fixed. Just like last year when us Nintendo switch players couldn't play DD at all because it wouldn't even let us in so when you have that problem then you'll see what we mean

Hi SDS, it is me again. The self appointed Nintendo Switch crusader who can not play his game in DD mode. Just checking to see if you changed your mind and wanted to give me and the WHOLE Nintendo community an update on the progress of fixing YOUR BROKEN GAME. NO? We are still not talking? Trying not to say anything that may make it look like this is your fault. Any who, just wondering if you are going to make us all have to wait a week or so for a patch to fix this catastrophe and then you all can give yourselves a little pat on the back for a job well done and tell us we need to have more patience, these things take time.

How about giving the folks that purchased the game a free pack for every day that the game isn't functional based off purchase date?

@VonXArloX99 Those will be common packs if we are lucky. Been posting on YouTubers comments about this and on Operation Sports. Can not find any phone numbers for SDS or PlayStation support, not surprised. They probably expected something like this from their track record with previous years. Past years I was not effected all that much, but thought it sucked for others who get hyped up for the release and then have to deal with stuff like this. Now I am one of those effected and can only sit by and wait.

Its almost impossible to play with crossplay off on Switch. Getting the "game server closed your game session" nearly everytime I match up with someone.

I'd say you should be ashamed but you clearly don't care. Issuing a statement 2 days ago with zero follow-up. It's almost as if you has en entire year to figure out an issue like this. -

COME ON SDS. It has been literally 3 days or 72 hours now. I know that I am not the only one who is upset. Your lack of getting this fixed or keeping us informed is RIDICULOUS. You have had enough time to fix this, what is your problem.

Nintendo Switch community let figure who we need to call or start emailing who gives a 🤬. If anyone has phone #s or email to these people or higher up let's share.

Seems like the only recourse at this time is a class action law suit. I'm done waiting for something I purchased a week ago to work or at least have some ongoing communication.
