Challenge Failed

I’ve been trying to log into mlb the show since early access and everytime I try to play BR or Ranked Seasons I get the challenger failed screen.

I have been trying to play online games (ranked solo/co-op) since the end of The Show 23 and have not been able to get into game and get the "challenge failed" pop-up every single time. I have tried to contact the support for the show and SDS and have yet to get any response. Has anyone else had this issue.

Can someone please help us. I play my
game I can play people in the UK, but I can't get a online rated game on my favorite baseball game. Are the servers that weak

Have you tried using MLB jerseys instead of custom ones?

On online rated you only pick the team not uniforms. Challenge fail every time, all my other games work except for The Show24 Online.

@Chiefs249578 same for me I tried to move 23 To my external drive Like recommended for Xbox users, but it didn’t work. I’ve had the game since it was released and I’ve tried every single day, and I get the same thing challenge failed.

@redundant_mind89 Why hasn't SDS replied I have been buying this game since sports connect on PS2 made it MLB06. I just want some help on what to do. I have buddies who have started a custom league and I can't join because the online keeps saying challenge fail. But on Pubg I was playing with a guy in Jamaica, and on FIFA I was playing with a person in the UK. SDS doesn't put money back into their servers how is that possible.

No lie I have T-Mobile Internet I switched to Hot spot on my T-Mobile phone and the fame works, my hotspot work better than the actual T-Mobile Internet. My Bad SDS I just need to switch my Internet provider

I can confirm I have the same wifi and did what you did and finally connected. This doesn’t make any sense since I can play any other online games and mlb 23 too.
