The Show 24 downloading to PS4

I am trying to install the show 24 onto a PS4 pro, it’s been trying to install since yesterday.
The first part of the game has installed so you can open but only are able to play as the rangers. It’s now getting to 35 GB/79 GB and saying it is queued to download but nothing else is installing. It’s also been causing the system to crash, making the only way to turn it back on is hitting the power button on the system twice so it comes back up but then is just stuck at the same spot.
Any ideas?
