Switch Crashes

After multiple lost conquest games to this bug, I thought just doing MiniSeason games was the answer. Nope. Happening there too. Hope the devs will actually acknowledge that this continues to happen. Good luck all!

This is actually getting crazy. Why is this happening? You continue to give us no answered at ALL! We just want to play the game we spent SIXTY DOLLARS FOR! Just fix your game man. Jeez. -
I am having the same issue. I even deleted and reinstalled the game and it got worse. I feel like an idiot for pre-ordering. Customer service is moving too slow even though all the threads are reporting switch problems

@banicity809 This is the issue I have. After 2.5 hours to download even with the cartridge copy, got into DD and get this error on the first mission. Can’t move past it. Yay Launch Day!

Let’s just hope it’s resolved by tomorrow. (It’s gonna take a month)

@SuperKian5 I sincerely hope there can’t be an issue this big on launch day that is ignored. Last year switch users dealt with this for a week and it was never even acknowledged

To add to the fun I just tried to see the shop in the companion app and it says oh you need to finish the the in game tutorial before you can do anything here

I can't even get past the DD tutorial before it crashes.. but DD on MLB 23 works just fine on my switch..

An SDS developer said on twitter that the team is aware of the issue and working on a solution. It would be nice if they put out an announcement about that though and not just a twitter comment

@jpreziuso Saw this as well. Nothing functional as of yet. And yes, that is one of the most frustrating things is that there’s just never an acknowledgment that anything is wrong. So there’s also really no way to know when something has been fixed unless you just keep trying and trying

I guess I should correct myself. There is a note on the DD board as of about 12 hours ago. Nothing resolved yet but at least it’s noted

I can't start a mini season game, steal fans in conquest, play a stronghold, storylines or the Paul Skenes moment. The only stuff that consistently works are regular moments, RTTS and Franchise. Haven't tried October yet.
I just get a back screen that says "The software was closed because an error occurred"
I uninstalled and reinstalled just in case...nope.

I just got my switch copy for the road... I'm glad I have a ps5 ....

I had many fails on my switch last night trying storylines, and conquest so I quit.
Is anyone else still having problems today? -
((Knock on Wood)) I haven't see that error message since Monday night. Was able to grind Tuesday afternoon & into today with no issues

Does anyone from San Diego Studios actually read this? If there is please respond with something to acknowledge you know this is an issue.Bought the game yesterday, have yet to play anything, go into Diamond Dynasty, try to do the first challenge that is mandatory. I do not know what it is because it crashes every time.
Extremely frustrating.....what is working if anything for other Switch users.
