Pinpoint Pitching Stick Issues

I've seen multiple posts over the last few years about this, but I still cant get it to work for me. I'm having issues with pinpoint pitching on a brand new Xbox Series X/S controller where my follow through consistently gets cutoff halfway down to the bottom circle. I cannot finish the pitch, leading to wild pitches almost every time. Any suggestions?

Yep. Has been an issue since 21. Has never been addressed and it still drives me crazy. People usually recommend using an old Xbox One controller or getting a third party wired controller from Power A. They just need to get with Microsoft and get it fixed.
