Possible to change throwing interface?

I didn't play RttS last year at all (and very little in 22), so this may be old news. But all of my throwing has to be done with that terrible interface where you line up the circles with the right analog stick. is there any way to use any other kind of throwing interface?

I think I saw someone post that you’ll be able to after completing some kind of skills combine mini game - it’s called showtime such and such

Think you can do it before or at least during the combine as well. Settings, Gameplay, R1 till you see Offense, then L2 to Defense, and go down to throwing interface and change it to something else. I think that would work during the combine, I know I was able to use Buttons during the combine and have ever since.

There is a setting for that.
Settings>Gameplay>Control>Player Lock>Player Lock Controller Interface-change showtime to analog
