Spring Breakout Program - MUST clear MULTIPLAYER Mission??

In my calculation, I cannot get Dylan Crews w/o clear MULTIPLAYER Mission...

Is there any possibility about extra mission?? (I know there aren't but..)

If not then I don't want to complete it..
