Is it just me or do the 96 Eckersley and 99 Kluber suck on Ranked?

I have come across these guys numerous times (and used them both myself online) in ranked seasons and I think they would have a combined 20.00 ERA given how poorly they pitch when used by my opponent or myself.
Also...I don't suck at the game for being bad with these high overalls. I am an experienced analog pitcher and usually hit fairly well. My main question is based off me hitting amazing off these guys specifically.
Is anyone else hitting great off these guys?

Eck is a 93.. but ya, no.. not for me. Dude has been unhittable. Kluber is better on HOF or legend

Yeah that was a typo haha...
I am currently in the 400-500 level so it might just be my lower difficulty or something, but I just find it odd that I have seen the Eck get hit off so much as one of the better relievers in the game at the moment.

I am currently in the 400-500 level so it might just be my lower difficulty or something, but I just find it odd that I have seen the Eck get hit off so much as one of the better relievers in the game at the moment.
Don't overuse his slider, especially in the zone. Throw sinkers low and inside, fastball mixed high.

Eck having a 93 mph heater doesnt work for a shut down guy out of the pen. He is a one inning middle relief guy who you hope your opponent cant hit his slider
