Has any information about '24 sets or collections been released yet?

Sorry if this is posted somewhere, but I can't seem to find anything.
If they do the same Sets 1-6 with rinse and repeat Team Affinity again, I don't know that I'll be getting the game this year.
It was a boring, repetitive grind, and I couldn't use my favorite cards for more than half the year.

@The-Harvest
They haven’t to my knowledge. I believe the feature premier schedule is on Twitter or X, whatever it’s called. I have a feeling we will see a change. From what I read, player engagement was way down and they obviously know they made some flubs- look at the snapshot cards. As soon as they released that TA, we never saw them again because everyone hated them.

I imagine they will announce this in their first feature stream. I also imagine they will be keeping sets, if not seasons too.
We aren't getting a tech test this year, so the underlying code hasn't changed much. I can only see them ditching sets and seasons if they go back to a prior year's code base. Please don't be 22...please don't be 22!

@Blind_Bleeder
I'm good with there being sets and seasons, just not how they did it in 23. I like the Sets and TA in 22, plus that cards didn't lock from use.

Again I am fine with sets as I was able to finish sets this year unlike the last few years with the vouchers however it needs to be a power creep and not phase them out

They might or might not. A lot of times their first feature premiere streams are dedicated to presentation and commentary, assuming they have changed or added enough to warrant it this year.
Diamond Dynasty info is usually one of the last streams.

The game is going to be a copy/paste basically. Being held back by consoles that came out a decade ago

This. Also one of the lead devs left, and even though the shoes aren't too large to fill, whoever did so will not all of a sudden turn this game upside down in such a short time span.

While I agree with you that gameplay may be held back by past gen consoles, OP is referring to content format, not gameplay.Them implementing Sets and Seasons with expiring cards, has nothing to do with past gen consoles sticking around. This was about them implementing a format that would generate them more revenue.

I also didn't mind sets, this year I actually collected all the cards required to finish each set unlike last year with all the vouchers I don't think I finished any of those but TBH I started very late in 22
