Forever Event Pitching qualifications

Can't use a pitcher that is rated over a 64.
Nowhere does it state that there is a minimum ovr requirement; yet I can't use anyone under a 60.
What's up with that?

Isn't the forever event Moonshot? Those are always common pitchers from my understanding.

Yes. But they're only allowing Commons rated down to 60 OVR. Anyone that is under a 60 OVR, which is still a Common, isn't available.

Same thought here. I was looking for any statement says about the minimum rating for the pitchers, but there weren't any. Still, the system seems to lock the eligiblity to 60~64. Also in the marketplace or inventory, if you toggle the Event eligable filter, it only shows 60~64 pitchers. Weird.

The way I see it, which ever players it lets me choose from my inventory are the ones who are useable.
