Yeah, I also signed up before the cutoff, received an email that the scouting report pack was available, but don’t see it in my inventory and have nowhere to claim it.

No. There is a cutoff each month to get the pack. Typically, the day before.

No. There is a cutoff each month to get the pack. Typically, the day before.

So if someone signs up the day before the pack drops; they're still eligible for it?
