Yes, the Scouting Report have got better the last few months since the season ended. I went with Johnny Bench, already had Ripken so I wanted to play with 70's-80's players which Bench boosts. Those were some of the best years I enjoyed watching baseball and playing as well as a younger man.

Two questions. How do I get the scouting report packs? And how on earth did people get the captains in the first place? I never saw them.

Is the Betts captain useful? I don’t know how often players have 95 arm accuracy.

I have enjoyed using the Betts' Cap... Eligible cards include Harper, Mays, Acuna, A. Garcia, Lindor, Buxton, Realmuto, Arenado, Freeman, Mauer, Youk, Semien, etc. -
I took Betts cap as well. Looks like a solid choice
