How to download sds rosters into franchise

I know when roster updates come out they get downloaded almost automatically somewhere into your saved file or somewhere into the PS5. I'm just curious where exactly do you load it from into franchise because all options prompt you to something from the roster vault

This is how to get the new roster when it comes out Friday.

Go to file management.
Go to load and press rosters.
Select live rosters.
It’ll say live rosters have loaded successfully.

Make sure you save them or you’ll have to do the same thing because they’ll reset back to default.
